Refund policy

This Refund policy applies to paid Digitalflowtools training seats and workshops contracted by invoice or written agreement. This website does not take payments; refunds concern fees paid through those offline channels.

1. Eligibility

Refund requests must come from the payer named on the invoice or an authorized finance contact. Seats purchased as part of a multi-seat Assurance Suite may be subject to the team agreement’s allocation rules.

2. Timeframe

For open cohort seats (Field Review or Control Desk), a full refund is available if you cancel in writing at least 14 days before the published cohort start. Between 13 and 5 days before start, a 50% partial refund may apply. Within 4 days of start, fees are generally non-refundable except as noted under exceptions.

3. Full vs partial refund conditions

Full refunds apply when we cancel a cohort, when you cancel inside the 14-day window, or when a documented enrollment error is our fault. Partial refunds may apply for mid-window cancellations or when a seat is transferred unused to a later cohort with our written approval (transfer fees may apply instead of cash refund).

4. Non-refundable items

The following are non-refundable once delivered or consumed: completed private workshop days, custom scenario design already performed for Assurance Suite, third-party venue costs billed at cost, and downloadable materials released after the cohort kickoff.

5. Refund process

Email info@digitalflowtools.digital with subject “Refund request,” your invoice number, program name, and reason. We confirm receipt within two business days and issue a decision within ten business days after receiving complete information.

6. Processing time and method

Approved refunds are returned via the original payment method (typically bank transfer to the paying entity) within 15 business days of approval. Currency matches the invoice unless otherwise agreed.

7. Cancellation by Digitalflowtools

If we cancel or materially reschedule a program and you cannot attend the new dates, you may choose a full refund or transfer to a future cohort at no extra seat fee.

8. Exceptions

We may grant goodwill refunds or credits for serious documented emergencies that prevent attendance, evaluated case by case. Statutory consumer rights that cannot be waived under Korean law remain available where they apply.
